About Purple Tea LLC

Our Roots

Purple Tea LLC was founded by Lynda Whiteman, M.S., CPTD whose passion for leadership and talent development evolved from her experience working in a variety of industries and settings.   This includes Fortune 500 companies in the energy and transportation sectors,  global manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, small privately owned businesses as well as having owned three small businesses herself. This diversity of experience formed her ability to look at challenges in a variety of ways to produce innovative solutions.
